At Concord Aerospace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mission-ready apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. If your gear doesn't meet your flight specifications, we are happy to facilitate a seamless return or size exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
